Frankie’s Pier5 has been serving South Florida since 1971 by chef/proprietor Frank Perrone, awarded Chef of the Year by the American Academy Association and winner of the Five Star Diamond Award. The establishment has also been recognized by the Zagat Survey and won the 2004 Wine Spectators restaurant award. Our restaurant has a rich history in the Hallandale/Hollywood area. Originally Doria’s, the Perrone Family has made their mark on South Florida.
The opening of his first restaurant, Doria’s, in 1971 was unimaginable for this 24 year old Italian immigrant. 6.29.08 :: Closed for Renovations
Frankie's Pier 5 will be closed on June 29 thru July 10 for some minor changes. Frankie's Pier 5 will go under the direction of Peter & Louis Perrone under a new name Frankie's 124. "We hope to continue the tradition of a classic family full service Italian restaurant, Our dads have giving us this incredible opportunity to take this Italian staple to a new level. Founded by Bruce Cohn in 1984, B.R. Cohn, Winery is located in the heart of Sonoma Valley. Bruce Cohn bought the land now known as Olive Hill Estate Vineyards in 1974. The small family operated winery is surrounded by the 90-acre Olive Hill Estate Vineyards, where soils warmed byunderground natural hot springs and gentle ocean breezes create a unique microclimate resulting in ideal growing conditions for ultra-premium Cabernet Sauvignon
